Alpha-sources published in Pypi repository

I published sources DrAdm1 0.2-alpha in python repository. This is an developer preview only - uncompleted and halfwork "for friends only" release. Don't use this software for productive work yet, until 0.3 version though.

Site opened

Just opened. No downloads, no docs yet. Now I work on Russian part of the site, later documentation will translated to English.
